Trading Terms & Conditions

1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders and purchases made from Bladon WA (“we,” “us,” “our”) through our website or other means.
1.2 By placing an order with us, you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.3 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, and the current version will be available on our website.

2. Orders
2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by us and availability of products.
2.2 Orders must be accompanied by full details, including artwork and design requirements, where applicable.
2.3 Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended without our prior written consent.

3. Pricing
3.1 All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders already confirmed. 3.3 Any additional costs arising from changes in delivery instructions, design modifications, or other requests will be added to the final invoice.

4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment is required on a COD basis unless 30-day payment terms have been approved in writing.
4.2 We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 2% per month.
4.3 Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.

5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines.
5.2 The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon dispatch.
5.3 Any claims for shortages or defects must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Custom-made and branded products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or not as ordered.
6.2 Non-custom and non-branded items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition and packaging.
6.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the item is defective.

7. Warranty
7.1 Subject to the application of statutory warranties which cannot be excluded, no warranty shall be given that goods sold or work done will be done reasonably fit for a purpose where that purpose is not made known either expressly or by implication.
7.2 No warranty other than statutory warranties is given by Bladon WA or responsibility accepted by Bladon WA to ensure that goods produced comply with the requirements of any legislation relating to the marking and/or labelling and/or packaging of goods. Compliance of the requirements of such legislation shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

8. Intellectual Property and Copyright
8.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Bladon WA retains ownership of all copyright in any artwork, art sheet, designs, or creative content produced by us as part of fulfilling your order. Any use of Bladon WA artwork, art sheet, design or creative content produced by Bladon WA will require prior written approval by Bladon WA and shall not be used in any format that is recognisable, identifiable, or in a way that could cause any consequential losses, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data to Bladon WA.
8.2 The Customer: i) Warrants that they own or have secured the appropriate rights for any artwork, designs, or materials provided to Bladon WA for use in their order. ii) Agrees to indemnify Bladon WA against any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from any breach of copyright or related rights associated with the materials supplied by the Customer.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Our liability for any claim arising out of this agreement will not exceed the value of the order in question.
9.2 We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
